Yep, we're neglectful of this page nowadays. We joined this new things called "myspace" because we heard that people occasionally check it out.

It's late and I'm tired, so here are the cliff's notes as to what we're up to:

- Risk Revival is out. It's available pretty much everywhere, including chain stores if you live out in the middle of nowhere. I guess that makes things easier for our geographically challenged fans, but if you're able, please pick it up at your favorite indie store. We're still proud of it even after repeated listenings since we recorded it like 6 months ago. That's a first for us. The vinyl is available through 29 north and it's going pretty fast. 1/3rd of the press blew out in preorder. That was no fun to pack up.

- We're going to the UK!!! Check the dates for details. After that, there will be mucho stateside touring. Dates and such are pretty much finalized, so we'll announce all the details when everything's airtight.

- Our ugly mugs have been in the press quite a bit lately. If you're bored or want pictures of us to throw darts at, try the newest issues of:

Decibel (with Peter Steele/Type O Negative on the cover)
Alternative Press (with Circa Survive on the Cover)
Outburn (with Shadows Fall on the cover)
Barely Legal (with Billy Werner on the cover... just seeing if you're paying attention)
and I think we're supposed to be in a bunch more that I presently can't think of off the top of my head.

Hope everyone is having a great Xmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa. Hopefully Santa gets around to visiting Greg and gives him some new cymbals soon.

We're looking for some photos that we might be able to use on one of our releases. If you have any that you have lying around that you may be able to get our way, that would be amazing. Obviously if they are used, you'd get credit.

We're looking for either digital files that are at least 200dpi (and aren't sized at like .6 inches by .45 inches) or actual physical photos (remember those?)

Digital files can be forwarded to hotcross@level-plane.com.Please try to limit your submissions to the best 2-4 images so our email server doesn't crash. We're especially interested in photos of Greg with a beard and long hair making his "rock" face.

If you have physical photos, get in touch with us and I can give you a mailing address. If you want the photos returned, include a self-addressed stamped envelope and write your name on the back of your pictures (so we don't get them mixed up). If we have any stickers or pins, we'll toss some in when we return your photos to you. Sound cool?

Risk Revival is complete. Finally, the albatross has been taken off our necks and we can have lives again. I'm not going to sit here and write all this shit about how it's "the best record we've ever done" and all that other maddening cliche band dude garbage. Rest assured we are very, very proud of it and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Thanks to Josh Jakubowski for coming through in the clutch, recording, mixing and singing on the record. It sounds HUGE. No joke.

That said a couple of notes:



-we are in the planning stages of figuring out what to do about touring. Please don't send us a barrage of E-Mails telling us to play in your basement/town/friend's bedroom/girlfriend's closet, etc. If you're a band please do not send us links to your Myspace page and/or offer to "trade" shows with us . We will announce stuff when we have news, which will hopefully be soon. Thx.



-we will most likely be present at this year's SXSW Festival, so if you ever considered going down there and drinking Pabst, wearing a plaid cowboy shirt, growing a shitty beard and talking about Pitchfork with the rest of the dildos, come see these four dildos right here. More about that when there is more about that.



-we are playing a FREE SHOW this weekend at Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ. Bring a can of food to donate. Again this is a FREE SHOW, meaning $0 and you get to see a bunch of bands aside from us. If you want to hear crap that is on the new record, please attend. It's most likely the ONLY SHOW we will be playing between now and Christmas. Also, it is FREE.
